At the helm of Lenul Global Pvt Ltd is Mr. Ram Dudani, a visionary leader with a wealth of experience in the business world. Mr. Dudani has dedicated his 42 years of career to fostering business growth and building lasting relationships.
Mr. Dudani earned his bachelor's degree in commerce from Burdwan University, West Bengal, in 1984. He is married to Babita. Together, they have three accomplished children: Ms. Niketa, Dr. Nikunj, and Ms. Nehal, all of whom are settled in Europe and making significant contributions in their respective fields.
Mr. Dudani's professional journey began in 1982 when he joined his father's company as an intern. His father, the late Shyam Sundar ji Dudani, was a visionary industrialist and philanthropist who played a crucial role in grooming and training him. Mr. Dudani has gained invaluable business insights and acumen passed down through the four generations of the family.
Our Legacy
Lenul Global Pvt Ltd builds on the legacy of a family business that spans four generations and around 100 years of doing business in India. The family's diverse business verticals demonstrate their versatility and commitment to innovation:
- Vertical 1 – Retail Trade (since 1932): The family operates a chain of petrol bunks, specializing in the retail sale of petrol, diesel, and lubricants.
- Vertical 2 – New Product Development (since 1978): The family introduced and popularized Prilled Ammonium Nitrate (Explosive grade) in coal mines owned by Coal India Ltd, replacing conventional explosives and setting a new industry standard.
- Vertical 3 – Manufacturing (since 1979): The family manufactures a range of products including Black Axle Oil, Wire Rope Dressing Compound, and various types of lubricating oils and greases. These products serve a wide array of industries and have been adopted by leading government entities.
- Vertical 4 – Marketing (co-founded in 1989): Established to represent and sell products of Indian MNCs, primarily focused on government procurement through the tendering process. The client base includes major government companies such as Coal India Ltd, Steel Authority of India Ltd, Railways, Ship building, Govt of India, etc.
